Do you have a physical store?
Yes, you can visit our physical store located in Karachi, Pakistan. Click here to find us on Google Maps. We are open Monday to Saturday 10:30am to 8:30pm.
Do the products vary from the photos?
Since our products are handmade, slight variations are natural and reflect the uniqueness of each piece.
The patterns or designs of some products may vary from the photos, since they are made by different artisans. Please check the product descriptions carefully for more information.
Once an order is submitted, can I make any changes to it?
Once the submit button is pressed the order is electronically processed and sent for fulfilment, therefore you can not make any changes to your order once it has been placed.
However, you can initiate a return or an exchange once you’ve received your order.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch orders within 3–5 working days after confirmation of payment. Delivery takes up to 10 working days.
Can I track my package?
As soon as your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order has been handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive a tracking number, which you can use to check for shipping updates.
Can I make a return or exchange on my order?
At Tali Karachi, each product is handmade with care, hence we do not offer returns.
However, if you’re not fully satisfied, we do allow exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery (as confirmed by courier tracking).

Do you take international orders?
Not at the moment, but international shipping will be coming soon!
Can I customise a product?
We do customisations on large quantity orders. Please submit a query on our contact form, and we will get back to you.
Do you take corporate gift orders?
Yes! We would love to collaborate on corporate gifting. Please submit a query on our contact form, and we will get back to you.
Is my personal information stored?
We don’t store your card details, and your personal information is only used to process your order or contact you if needed. We never share or sell your data.
