1. Product Disclaimer

All Tali Karachi products are individually handcrafted. Variations in colour, texture, shape, and finish from product photos are natural and expected. These characteristics are a testament to the uniqueness of handmade items and do not constitute defects.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may be updated without prior notice. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated. Orders will only be processed after full payment is received. Tali Karachi reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of pricing inaccuracies, unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please email info@talikarachi.com immediately. Cancellations can only be made prior to shipping. Once an item is dispatched, cancellations and changes are no longer possible.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. For international orders, delivery durations vary based on destination and local realities. Tali Karachi is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our control. Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Refund Policy

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and available here. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the terms of our Returns Policy.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site in a lawful manner and not to engage in any activity that may compromise the security, integrity, or proper functioning of the Site or its services.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi.
